• Progress tracking and analytics

Account Responsibilities

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access

Subscription Terms

Subscription Plans

Free Trial

• New users receive a 3-day free trial
• No credit card required to start trial
• Trial automatically converts to paid subscription unless cancelled

Billing and Payment

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• Payment processed through your device's app store (Apple App Store or Google Play)

Cancellation and Refunds

• Cancel anytime through your device's app store settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of current billing period
• No refunds for partial subscription periods
• Refund requests must be made through the respective app store
• Access to premium features ends when subscription expires

Prohibited Activities

You may not:

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you create (journal entries, mood data, etc.), but grant us a limited license to:

• Store and process your content to provide our services
• Use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our AI models
• Analyze usage patterns to enhance user experience

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months
• We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI companion interactions

Termination

Termination by You

• You may terminate your account at any time
• Cancel subscription through your device's app store
• Contact support to request account deletion

Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your account if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in prohibited activities
• Fail to pay subscription fees
• Use the service in a way that harms other users or our systems

Effect of Termination

• Access to premium features ends immediately
• Your data will be retained according to our Privacy Policy
• You may request data deletion within 30 days
